* Main bathroom - shower over half tub, vanity and storage, continuous gas hot water. Toilet separate adjacent to bathroom.

* Kitchen - 240V Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, air fryer, 2 x 320ltr fridge/freezers, 2 x 200 ltr chest freezers (downstairs near generator). 

Gas 4 burner cooktop/oven.

* Lounge - seats 7, smart TV/DVD, WIFI mesh (Starlink)

* Veranda - 2 x dining tables. Multiples of couches, daybeds, coffee tables, single chairs.

Please note: 

* Guests will need to bring all of their own bed linen, towels, bathmats and supplies for the duration of the stay. 

* House to be fully cleaned by guests prior to departure. (Bond Applies) 

* No fish cleaning or bait prep at the house, prepare all fish and bait on the beach.

* Expansive North East facing wrap around veranda.

* Ocean views across the treetops from veranda. 

* Outdoor cooking on verandah - 2 x BBQ’s, hooded, 4 burner and 2 burner with grills, plate’s  and side burner, gas Pizza oven. 

* Under cover parking under the house, high clearance, maximum of 2 vehicles.

* Automated 240v solar power system with batteries and back-up generator.

* Fans in all bedrooms. Multiple fans in loft area.

* Multiples of USB/USC charge points in bedrooms and kitchen area.

* Table tennis available downstairs in undercover area.

* Outdoor shower downstairs. 

* Rainwater supplemented by sand spear with a supply of  beautiful fresh sand filtered underground water.

* Laundry - 13kg clothes washing machine, undercover clothes line on veranda.

* No fish cleaning facilities on the property, Please clean all fish on the beach.

  * The total Booking amount of $3500.00 is the minimum Stay rate for up to a maximum of 10 people(max of 6 adults), for 7 nights, Friday to Friday. Maximum 2 vehicles. 

* The Deposit amount required to secure a booking is $900.00.

* The balance due for the full Booking amount is $2600.00.

* The Bond amount is $650.00 (see 4. Refundable Bond in T&C's)
